I thought this was OK, at best.
But then, I watched left for speed, which came out at the same time, at it made this look like a peice of crap.

You don't get to see many small animations with such a deep and sensitive story. Bravo, good sir, bravo.

Its not bad, but its short. Not to mention the audio isn't in time with the animation. But otherwise not half bad.

When I watched it in the flash file and on Newgrounds it was both in time with the Audio, maybe you experienced some net lag, but i'll check that out.

[The Last Fight]

It's not the best, but not bad

Truly, this is not the best video I've ever seen
But It's also far from the worst. Your animation style is choppy and you reuse too many of the same character poses. It may not be your style, and thats fine, but it wasn't much of a smooth fight, as not many attacks happened.
All in all, it was entertaining, and with practice it will earn that 10/10 from me.
